I never thought that I would be joining a slimming center in my life but it all started when one of my friends recommended me to join Vibes at Kormangala. I was about to get married in six months and she suggested that I join Vibes for weight loss.
I was skeptical about them because I have always read that these centers just fleece money from people and give nothing in return. But I had tried to lose weight on my own since a long time and I was just stuck at my weight. We thought we will just go and enquire about their programs. There are lots of other slimming centers in Koramangala like VLCC, Body and soul etc so we thought we would check all of them.
I dont think I have to write in detail about all our experiences but I will tell you in brief. I was most impressed by Vibes and I was counselled in a very professional way. On the other hand in VLCC people didn’t even ask me for a glass of water and in other places I felt like they were just trying too hard to convince me. In Vibes, I met their counsellor wo did not force me to join any package but she first carefully explained to me my body composition and suggested me a package. She assured me that it is a guaranteed programme and also gave me a good discount.
Finally, I agreed to join a 5 kg weight loss programme. I must tell you that after completion of that programme I have taken 5 kg more and I have lost 8 kgs in 2 months already. I am completely satisfied by the dietitians and the after sales care. I have also been suggested 10 tummy tucks sessions and I did not think twice before paying up. I have got results and the best part is that when they suggest a programme they don’t pressurize you too much and reason out why they are giving their suggestion.
I know how being fat sometimes and not being able to lose by self is tough but I can tell you that it is possible. I had lost a lot of weight myself but I just could not lose that extra kgs. The qualified team in Vibes have changed my opinion about slimming centres. But I think there are many centers who are creating a bad name. So be careful when joining. My recommendation is anyways Vibes at Kormangala
