This is definitely one of the worst places that you could go to. To get yourself pampered i.e...a spa is a place where you would want to feel relaxed but the staff here is so ridiculous that I’m amazed how they’ve got themselves jobs in a service industry.
Customer satisfaction means nothing to them. All they can give you are false hopes.
They barely seem to know anything.
