I had received RS 2000 gift voucher from Vibes. When I wanted to avail of their services for the same, they told they had a corporate policy telling they have fixed services for the voucher. They can provide only hair trim- which I didn’t want-, facial, consultation for slimming & other services they provided in their salon.
If only these services are provided by them then specify in the voucher or dont give the voucher at all. Y cheat people telling that they can avail services. Who wants consultation for Slimming, laser etc etc.... Not interested.. Vibes only does this for footfalls and loot people....
