Now, I had no time to go around to fish a Vibes gift voucher...but got it as we went to watch a movie in Cinemax. The gift voucher was supposed to offer you services worth INR 8, 500 for absolutely free.
I booked the service for me and my husband for Sunday morning, on Thursday afternoon in the Banjara Hills center. Saturday, I thought of confirming the booking once more and then came the big SHOCK. "THEY" didnt have a booking on my name and even the person who booked the slot were, according to them "non-existent". Upon arguing they started saying this offer slots are booked for weekdays only, which was never communicated before and that too it seemed we have to come to avail the offer during our office time as they would not provide the service in evening. So now you know what is going on behind the curtain. In fact, Vibes proves the adage "too good to be true" to be really true.
Any interest that I had to visit Vibes has evaporated and would advice others to really make everything clear even before you feel a tiny-weeny bit lured.
