I booked a skin treatment package worth 10k with 4 sittings in vibes Gachibowli about 2yrs back specifically telling them that I could only come in the morning time before 12. They assured I could book appointments between 10am-12pm. I tried for many months for appointments at that time they always told that time was already booked. When I went back there personally and demanded an explanation they say that appointments start from 12pm for the skin treatment service i booked. They said beauty services start earlier so if I wanted I could convert the package to beauty services which I could avail the same day and they charged 2k for changing package. When I asked them to start the service they say beautician will be available after one hour when it was already 11:30am. When I demanded them to explain they sent a lady who is not a beautician to apply bleach who is asking me how to do it. I left. Till now no service and I have paid 12k. A new person calls from there every few months to say that my package has expired and I have to pay to renew it. Horrible service one can expect. This centre needs negative rating. Once money is paid their job is done. All cheats.
