The security staff does not get proper instructions from the school. They do meaningless checking and also misbehave with the parents at the gate.
It’s silly that a school of this branding cannot handle this small issue.
Noticed this recently. In the summer holidays we were asked to come and collect the school books for the next year. The instructions said we need to get the bill, to collect the books. We accordingly took the bill and went there. The security at the gate was demanding the bearer card(meant to collect the children during school days). We explained that the instructions did not ask us to get the bearer card so he should not expect it. He understood nothing and started the usual display of rude behavior. We had to fight it out to go in and collect the books.
I complained about this to the school, but they just didn’t care. There was not even a reply to my email.
