I agree with the earlier review written on the VIBGYOR school at Marathalli . Till last year the management was OK and the quality was very good. This year there is a huge change in the management, teachers etc. A lot of teachers have changed and they had picked teachers who are not fully qualified. Recently PTM meeting was held and to my surprise and to surprise of all the parents no feedback form was given. for the past ew years, it is a practice that VIBGYOR seeks feedback from all parents during PTM meeting. This time they never gave and the new teachers said they were asked not to distribute and they had no idea. It is really painful to see the quality of teaching and service detoriating. Due to bad roads near the school gate, you can see a huge traffic jam in front of the school every morning due to water logging but the management is least bothered.Due to this most of the buses arrive close to 9am where as the official school time is 8:30am. Seriously, the management has lost its sight on the issues. Usually atleast two teachers and the coordinators would be available near the school gate to guide the students .With the new management no teacher/cordinator is seen at the gate and they themselves arrive at 9am. .It is time for the management to wake up and take notice.
