Fortune Nissan or Vibrant Nissan both the names are same, which is a leading car dealer in Hyderabad, which represents great Nissan car brand.
Actually Fortune started its career as Honda 2 wheelers dealers in entire Hyderabad, slowly gained fame and taken Ford dealership first & then Nissan next & Fortune later changed to Vibrant.
As a competition in car market, Vibrant Nissan entered lately but emerged as good player but that too as temporary player only. Nissan is a good brand in entire globe and made its entry lately in India, I will come straight to single point.
Employee treatment in the company is worst no doubt in that, MD is very young and somewhat professional in taking good decisions, but his administration not enough to run the show. Employees mainly sales people here work with no interest, there is no proper planning in daily work portfolio, everybody works like headless chicken, there’s is no proper guidance, no proper protocols will be followed in the company, one of the worst thing is lot of politics in the company.
Whenever Nissan officials comes to dealership, dealership people dont have any control on them, Nissan officials will dominate & runs complete dealership show which is a bad path which leads lots of distraction in sales team. No doubt Nissan officials are useless fellows who dont know anything.
Salaries are paid on time which is good & I like HR system very much. HR team is excellent, accounts is also good but commercial dept is worst & person handling commercial dept is a waste. Coming to sales team is a mixture of some good old & new people, but employee retainment is very bad here, new people joining in sales will enter with lots of enthusiasm but walk out with lots of confusions & frustration. Management is ready to loose the people but not to concentrate on employee retainment.
One more biggest complaint is as its a Muslim management supports only Muslim people, but I think that’s correct to some extent. Tele caller is awesome & because of that team only around 40 % sales happening in the company. One of the worst thing is worst paper work in all aspects.
Overall, people want to join in Vibrant Nissan request you all to think twice before joining as company is ok but not a great company, u will get nothing if you join except experience which is not that much use in your future careers, but very much systematized in some aspects, but no incentive expect salary, so growth options are very less.
Its a waste of time & career if you join this company.
