In two separate trips, the airlines broke my two almost new hardcase bags(mid-sized American Tourister and large-sized Victorinox). I wonder if the problem is these top brands, or the airlines or my bad luck! Please comment if you have had similar experiences. Based on your feedback either I will complain to manufacturers, start buying soft luggage or get my kundli checked and perform some havan! It could also be Mumbai Airport staff because both incidents happened on arrival into Mumbai.
Both bags cracked from the corners. Big crack, hence too risky to use. Either ways, twice in one year is too much. This happened just before the pandemic(2019 and March 2020) so I haven’t had chance to try and repair them.
