The problem with this fridge is that it consumes huge amount of power, cooling is not very effective. Only good if you have a big family. Videocon’s support is not very good because there engineers had never seen this big refrigerator. The interior is also bad they have used low quality plastics.
Videocon should help the existing users in refurbishing the refrigerator. I had been using videocon products for long only because of patriotic reason as they are an Indian company. But for the first time I’m disappointed with the finish quality of the products. This is not acceptable with a company which has international say and reputation.
