Had an issue of No Signal Found since Dec 11th and informed to the customer care Team. Since past 5 days I am behind them. They dont know the basic understanding of our issues They disconnect the calls. The Customer care agent who spoke today named Abhinaya says you can surrender the Set top box to the nearest Videocon distributor if you want to deactivate your account. She doesnt even hear to my issues and provided a solution. Past 3 days they are saying will arrange for an engineer but not taken any action. Very worst & Pathetic service. They deduct your amount daily for no service. Kindly dont subscribe in Videocon D2H.
