Please do not go to Videocon DTH, earlier it was fine. But these days they are doing all mal practices. If there is a request for moving the DTH to new place, they say charges are Rs 400. The best part is the technician will ask money in cash, as well the backend service team deducts Rs 400 from your balance. And most of the time people don’t realize it. Even if you realize it, they will never refund, you have to call up 100 times and they will just say "it will be resolved by end of today". Finally you will realize that Videocon DTH folks are just cheaters and give up.
Hopeless and useless customer care, they can’t do much except take a complaint and they can never resolve it.
Its like money in bank account, but bank deducts as per their wish and say please come later the issue with with bank-end team. Atleast in case of bank, you can reach out to physical bank, in case of Videocon DTH, except a phone number you can’t do much. If you want to have peace of mind, please avoid it.
