Videocon gave a very bad expeeince of watching television programs.I bought it with so many expectations but gave a bad experience.its better to use as cctv moniter.
Talking about its picture quality its very bad a crt tv is better than this lcd tv.we have to watch it correctly from its front, when we try to watch it from downwards or sidewards the screen would be dark,
Its sound quality is also bad otherwise we have to use anyother speakers to get god effect and bass.
Customer service is not so bad as it’s a product from VIDEOCON.They would give good service and repair our television if it have any defect in the warranty time.
So I think they have to improve the product quality.
