.i will encourage you to buy led screen television than wasting tour money in this useless lcd screen videocon television.beware of this product.This is the worst product . actually videocon company is the worst . even a single product in this company is not good . I suggest you please don’t buy this product . or any product from videocon .
Whenever I increases the sound of television, it gives some different kind of loud irritating sound, then I contacted customer support and they repaited my televsion at no any cost because it was under warranty and faced this issue again then, again I called an technician and repaired it, and now didn’t got that problem. But remote of the television stopped working after few days and I asked technician to come but the customer care refused to send technician from remote problem and asked me to reach their service centre, which is very far from my location.
I repaired it at locsl electrician at only Rs. 40. Again found issue in television that, automatically television stopped and even current is not passing throught it. I contacted customer care, they sended technician and I costed Rs. 1500 but after few days again this happened. And when I aksed then they replied that, I have to pay again. So, I left expectation from Videocon and repaired it at electronic shop near my at Rs. 400 only. Very pathetic services provided by Videocon.
