I baught videocon LED 4o inch TV with D2H inbuilt. After purchase within 2 months only remote control stopped working. I complianed about the same. but I was told that the problem was not of LEd but of D2H. So they asked me to contact videocon D2h. When I contacted them they refused to take complaint. Finally the conplaint was lodged throgh email and I got a call saying that I will get NEw LED of Liquid Luminus range only I need to pay difference of Rs 1300 to which I agreed. But on one fine day service engg of Videocon came without any intimation and changed a part of LED. By this time it took 4 months. During which I changed from Videocon D2H to Tata Sky DTH. That service engg changed the part such a way that LED’s front panel looks broken. Very bad experience with the service. I bought the product just because it’s indian brand. But videocon proved that one should not buy it.
