I always wanted a LCD tv. I was offered a very good deal on the Videocon Integra 26 inch LCD TV by a local dealer. However on receiving the tv I realised that I had been taken for a ride. The sound quality is verge at best. After 2 days of use there were patches on the screen. I had to return it to the dealer and got a repaired piece back after nearly 10 days without any explanation what it happened.
I am totally disappointed with the response of the company who washed their hands off the entire issue putting the onus entirely on the dealer. Very un professional.
If it wasn’t for the dealer I would have been stuck with a tv that does not work . The TV is working now but I have no idea when it will konk out again I ave lost all confidence in the product. I would have been better off buying a samsung or lg even though they are a little more expensive
