Videocon is a one of the latest company for mobile operator.
I had recently used this mobile service and I had one of the bad experience ever. The call rates being the cheapest it has the worst network coverage.The network is so poor that when I enter into a building or place where it is located a bit inside there is no network what so ever.
This mobile operator does not work properly in mumbai so I could not imagine what will happen outside mumbai. The Internet is also of poor speed bandwidth and range the 2g works so slow that you cannot imagine. Speaking about the customer care support it is also like network worst they don’t bother what is your problem either they will not pick up the phone or else solve the problem after weeks.So I would suggest no one to use this mobile operator as it is jusy a waste of time and money
