Videocon one of the leading manufacturer of electronic product have started there GSM mobile services under the brand name Videocon Mobile Services. Videocon believe in providing reliable and quality service.
That is the reason why I opted for there service from last three year. Videocon Mobile Operators offers services like 2g, 3g and 4g at reasonable price and it is very affordable. I have used there mobile operator three year back and I am very satisfied with there service though there is slight difficulty in getting full strength signal. One of the big plus point of videocon is that there is very few call drop compared to other service provider . we get good call clarity without any disturbance in the network. Now that videocon services have been discontinues in few district its a very big setback for mobile networking industry and for videocon itself as it has provided best possible service.
Network coverage of videocon has been a concern as it has access to very few cities in India. Even the capital of India don’t have there services nor network coverage. One of the big drawback is its roaming service some place are not covered under this. other than this it is good service provider. Customer service are good but not excellent, we can contact them over by phone, regarding any issue or query the response time is not that great but manageable. Videocon Mobile Operators mobiles charges are reasonable but not cheap. even the call rates are reasonable along with 2g, 3g and 4g service.
