Its not a bad ac. It does its job perfectly but
1) regular maintenance is needed to keep it working fine
2) clean the filter every two months and thats how I kept it working fine.
3) sometimes water may fall from inside so u gotta check the outlet water pipe for blockage.
4) works good even with electricity fluctuations, my place stays heavily fluctuated.
5) good customer care . The moment you call them, they initiate a complaint request and the service guys call u and fix your problem within three days max.
6) sometimes the compressor might not start or may cool excessively, try getting its sensor a bit exposed so that it senses temperature properly. that sensor thing seems to be an issue with videocon. I got mine done few weeks back and its good as new
