Videocon is a well-known consumer electronics brand manufacturing a host of products but in the washing machine segment, I do not feel that they have done a good job.
The washing machine is not that complicated to use but the clothes that have been put in the dryer to dry sometimes gets stuck in a little opening which makes the spinner stop and it becomes a troublesome issue.
The thing that Pustak me about this washing machine was that one of the control panel knob game of within two weeks of use and when I complained to the customer service they said that it was miss handling issue but it was surely not such an issue as the knob itself was very loose since the day of installation.
The washing machine has quieted many Sharp edges on it’s inside so it sometimes gets a little troublesome to clean it manually with hand.
The style and design of the machine are simple as it is a mid-range washing machine and has no great features.
I was not happy with the support of Videocon customer care as they could not help me out with my problem when I had to call them up about the issue of my knob displacement.
