We bought the Television on 16 April 2005. Since then it has visited service center four times. We deserve a new set as replacement, but company still insists on repairing the same set.
It seems to have bad EHT transformer or weak tube.
The auto tuning function also does not function properly. It is likely that you tune a particular channel and see a blue tube next time you switch on television
As far as features are concerned, it has nothing. It does not even come close to customer satisfaction. It has only primitive television controls.
We bought it only because it was cheapest branded 21’’ set in the market. It does not worth even that much amount and should be priced less than local unbranded TVs.
I suggest that you go for a local unbranded Television if you want to save money or buy 14” from good company like LG, Samsung etc.
I would rather say Stay away from Videocon.
