With reference to my Videocon CDMA Mobile -V1425 EMI no.910041350256502, date of purchase 14-07-2010, this is to note that the same was not working properly and was submitted at their service centre M/s Taipan Electronics, 12, Prashant Sadan, Eksar Road, Bhabai Naka, Borivali west, Mumbai on Jan 11, 2011 ( Call ID: TE-1-VG-11-0008028-DW) but the same was returned back to me on Jan 27, 2011 without repairs. The reason given for the same was that their service centre is cancelled by Videocon and advised me to visit another centre at Mira Road.
When I visited their service centre located at Mira Road, I got surprised to note when they told me that my mobile has gone out of warranty as the earlier service centre has used some liquid which is sub-standard and not allowed to use by Videocon.
It’s very disgusting that their service centre is using something which is not allowed by them. How is it customer’s responsibility to check the same? I gave my mobile at their authorised service centre and not aware and even not concerned that what process they use.
I tried to contact Videocon y various means, every time they assured that they would look into the matter but no action taken by them for last one month.
