Hi friends, here is your friend Baljeet and today I will share my bad experience with you about this videocon TV which I have purchased two months ago from an online shopping site but I am not satisfied from this company as there quality to manufacture a product is very bad. I am saying this as I have personal experience of using the products manufacture by this company. First time I purchased a mobile which runs for only five months and now I have purchased colored TV which is not good in quality and runs for only three months.Its picture quality is very poor, you can not see clearly on the display of this TV, its colors are very light.The sound reception is also very low, from this low reception you can not hear properly.There after sale services are very poor as they not replied to my complaint due to its poor screen resolution and bad sound quality. I complaint three times but no one came to check there box, at last I have to repaired this tv box from outside which lead to additional cost.and this additional cost is for ever as this box always require repair and repair due to its poor quality.
