This is one of the amazing possesions I have in household products. I am using it for past 11 years. I am really amazed at the way it functions with full efficiency. It can handle a whopping 5 kg wash load. Only problem I faced while washing clothes is that while putting wet clothes in drier, the centre of gravity of clothes needs to be adjusted a bit for it to centrifuge. otherwise I am fully satisfied with it.
I had always thought of buying a fully automatic machine, but still dont feeel much difference as working with this machine is pretty simple and easy. This is very nicely engineered I feel, otherwise a machine with so many mechanical parts can go without any service at all for 11 years, with regular use.
