Unfortunately I had bought a Videocon semi automatic washing machine from Flipkart 2 years ago. Washing machine is perfectly fine, however service center approach is very rude and they do not even know how to speak with customers.Whenever we call them for service they fail to allocate the issues to local service provider. Per them TAT to complete to address the issue is 48 hours, but no one had visited even after 72 or 96 hours. When we follow up, they show their real behavior - A rude behavior. When I spoke to Escalation team, they told me that, they do not close the ticket nor follow up on the issue. They just escalate the issue - Very sad to hear from such a branded company.none of the service center team member own the customer issue. they blame other department, stating - I had escalated issue to them but they did not follow up. The funny part is the person who works in escalation, does not the meaning of escalation and his task. When I ask for 30 days prior call recording, he said, that we do not have the recordings and do not, maintain prior days recordings. It was very pathetic.
