We have 3 differant king of programe, we can use gentle or srubbing programe depending upon fabric of the clothes it did not make any harm to any clothes
Videocon service is good, we just call single time for demo, the engineer come to our place n give us nice demo and clarify all doubts
It has 1 year warrent and easy foe maintanace which more reliable
So overall very big product with useful features.
