The Videocon fully automatic Washing machine I have been using for sometime now.
Initially when I bought this it was working fine I was a bit skeptical to buy as it was an Indian Brand but none to my fear it was proved correct I couldn’t rely on an Indian Product by Videocon.
The Machine has different wash modes with different water levels. It was working fine for the first year after which it started giving problems. the main issue is with the main circuit board under the display which gets hanged every 7 to 8 months. On the best part is that the parts wont be easily available and the Service man would harass as he wouldn’t come when committed.
The Customer service is also very bad. The unavailability of parts give the sales and service person the leverage to sell the same spare part at a higher rate. Even the spare parts of cheap Chinese made quality which would again get hanged after a few months and we need to get it repaired.
Overall it has been a very bad experience for me with Videocon and would never Buy it again.
