I have ordered for wireless headphone on 12.1.2016 for Rs. 2490/- hoping that videocon will supply a quality headphone. But on 20.1.2016 i have received the headphone and was shocked about the quality of the headphone.
They have sent a mono output headphone with poor quality sound and i have got the same headphone from Mitashi with FM three years back for Rs. 800. The headphone they have sent is of no use to me. I have called the customer care regarding this and the executive answered me politely but could not understand the term mono and stereo and he has insisted me to wait for a day for the technician’s demo at my place. I have told him to register a complaint. But he has registered for some service related complaint.
The service engineer visited my place and he has accepted that the product is of mono output only and i have to call the customer care executive because they have given that he has to give demo for me for that wireless headphone.
As I am a Electronic Engineer and music freek, I am totally disappointed with your supply of headphone. I have sent another mail on 22.1.2016 and 23.1.2016 but there is no reply mail from your end.
Rs. 2490 paid by me is hard earned money and I am so much worried about the product they have sent me not worth more than Rs. 500 ( Intex and mitashi is selling the same product for Rs. 550 online). They don’t even have the courtesy to reply the mail.
So kindly don’t go for Wireless headphone in Videocon d2h.
Note: If there is minus star I will give -5 for poor service.
