If you are trying to join vidyalankar coz of it’s so last longing appearance of 60yrs in market let me tell me it has dropped all it’s value in market during corona period and the best employees have been removed already. The people who work here effortlessly are treated badly. If you are good with jayshree khandelwal by praising her looks n all you stay in vidyalankar otherwise she will be political against you. The upper management doesn’t even look what is happening in branch n the juniors always suffer. There are ’n’ number of rules and regulations which only juniors and new comers follow. The cc’s are the clumsiest of all they will roam in ofc hours bt noone will say them a word. There is no discipline. Jayshree khandelwal so called marketing person will be the biggest mistake vidyalankar had in years. Coz she does nthng bt stealing others credit the jealous and keeping everything to her kind of person her employees does the admission bt credit is taken by her. Here you will never get any growth coz seniors won’t let you have any. Here value for employees is lowered coz of this ppl. Rest some management staff will always be there to help you.
Bad management.also the hr is least bothered.
Read reviews before going at vidyalankar. It was a better place to work with unless the middle management stops discouraging the new comers taking their voices to speak for justice and stop playing politically n blaming them for things they haven’t even done.
