I purchased a Viewsonic monitor and there was a fault within the first 1.5 year of the 3 year onsite warranty that they allegedly are suppose to provide.
The service engineer came and took the model number and details of the panel. After that it’s was an eternal wait for the parts and service call from the service people.
Recently I got a call from the service center that they have the parts and would not be able to give me the service, as the time is not suiting them. I would have to take a leave from my office and wait for them so that they come and oblige me.
Honestly that is one of the worst Service that I have ever experienced and I would personally never ever recommend anyone to get Viewsonic ANYTHING EVER. Before you even make a mistake of buying a Viewsonic please do reconsider other options like LG or Samsung and not get stuck with something so expensive and poor support.
