I am also prospective investor” and did some diligence on the company & my inputs are follows:


A) 36 cr apparently is enhanced EDC which  govt has revised in 2009 from was increased 300% approx Court has already put a stay on EDC/ IDC from all  the builders


B) I am yet to see a final order of DTCP advising investors not to invest in Vigneshwara.
