1Kg Ghee comes in tin and below 1Kg it’s provided in packets.The quality of packets and tin is decent.Packet’s are not fragile and there’s no need to worry about leakage.
Uptill today I haven’t got a damaged packet or tin.The tin colour is orange and the product is no way attractive till one opens it up! Once opened than only pleasant aroma and taste is felt! This high quality ghee has no compulsion to be placed in refrigerator! Impressive stuff is that it doesn’t start to smell after weeks of using it, which is a common trouble with Ghee.
But only thing is it must be placed in cool and dry place and away from light and heat.Also it is best before 9 month’s from the date of package.Food cooked with this Ghee are worth eating.It’s a delight!A little quantity of Ghee will work, such is it’s quality! SUPERB! The only word to describe Vijay Ghee.It’s obvious drawback when used too much is Chloestrol!
