I have user their service for carrying my households and car from Pune to Kolkata. The day they came to load my mental agony started.
Household items:
They have demanded more than their promised quotation on the name of tips etc on the day of packing items from my home. They packed the boxes in a small-uncovered truck saying they would again unload and load to a different full size covered box-type truck.
I wanted to check that loading(into full size truck for long distance travel) but they denied saying that it would be any time in night and it won’t be possible for them to show that loading to me. They went off saying everything will be okay. there were no traces of the truck between the days it reached destination.
Whenever I called them no one gave any correct response. Everyone was redirecting to each other.if asked more than once they used to switchoff phones.
when the truck came I found that the truck is only tarpoline covered and not the box -type that they promised and when I received my items I found there are lot of items missing from the cartons like Tatasky modem, Expensive cloths, blankets, pillow, utensils etc. I could not verify everything on the same day as there were lot of cartons and it was not possible to verify each everything while unloading.
They sent the truck to my destination without any persons to unload them. I followed up with them from morning to get laborers and finally they reached after 3-4 hours and started unloading and they were behaving very rudely when asked to handle boxes with care. They delivered a my refrigerator with broken door, color scratched. almirah door was damaged.
Car:
This is the most awful experience I ever had in my life. I gave them the very new well conditioned car(serviced only 7 days ago)car and promised that it would reach destination within maximum 12 days. I took picture of my cars condition and kilometer reading. Then they promised that they would answer my call and keep me updated about the whereabouts of the same. When I called them after 4 days they first told me they have just sent it yesterday(means the car was standing there at source place for 4 days). after 3 days when I called they were constantly disconnecting phones. When called from different number they switched off phone. I kept on trying and after 3 days when I called Jagram Chowdhary(their head for western region) he could not gave me the location of the truck and promised me to call me after locating it. But he never called me. I called him again next day and he repeated the same and disconnected the phone. Then I went to the Source place where left my car in Pune. After much effort I was able to get one person’s phone number who told that it would take 2 days more to reach.But it did not reach that day and when I again called they told that there is some problem in truck and it would take 3 days more.after 3 days more I called then they said truck has only traveled 60% of the destination to due to accident etc. Finally truck came after 20 days of dispatching the car.
when I received the car all 2 wheel caps where missing, rims were distorted. it was dusty and rusty all over with mud inside and outside. and most interestingly the car kilometer reading was showing that it was driven for more than 160 km. when I asked about it to the driver he could not give me answer.
So never ever select them.
And keypoint is
never give them full payment initially and try to hold back as much as money as u can while sending the items. And pay them only after getting the items safely. They will steal items, damage them and after that they would want tips both at source and destination.
