I must say the chaps at Vijay sales are just concerned in Selling their products and nothing more! They will be very approachable, courteous, responsive and generally helpful in order to sell their stuff.
Once you have bought a product from them, your troubles start.I purchased an AC last week ( Lloyd 1.56 ton) from them and all was well. I specified that they call me before they deliver the AC, however no one called. Thereafter I called them at least 8-10 times, and all they gave me was a cold shoulder.
Whenever you call them for a query, they will put you on hold and simply vanish………..try it out and you will find out yourselves.
Finally, when I received the AC , it turned out to be defective the fan broken, the fins damaged even the installation was faulty………im still waiting for a replacement; .hope this one is not defective
Moral of the story……….Never buy anything from Vijay Sales………
