Vijay Sales Delivery all item is not timely
I bought an godrej fridge& videocon led TV from vasai branch The sales person had promised me next day delivery of the product. I asked him are you sure you will deliver it as you promised me bcoz of my mother birthday and I need to gift her but they don’t deliver the product, I called at vijay sales vasai branch but the staff of that branch Very poor telephonic customer service. unskilled for customer service.
Careless of the issues being raised they just reply on phone but in back end no followup. The lady on phone for customer service is very poor in communication she dont know what is customer.So I don’t like that services Nd all of staff is very poor.
