Fridge complaint

I have raised complaint to Vijay sales personally and also on toll free number of Vijay sales that my LG fridge is not working. They have taken my complaint and gave me assurance that they will visit within 48 hours but now it’s more than 48 hours and no one had visited yet and no any response from their side. I am not happy with the service of Vijay sales. Now I have take further steps to escalate this matter.
