Long time for money refund

Purchased an AC on 30th June 2024. On 11th July they sent a mail for refund initiation which will take another 7 -10 days. They take long time for refund even when we returned the AC from the delivery guys. It’s clear they are trying to earn interest from this amount. Fraud practices..Will avoid them in future.
