Vijay Sales Stores

I recently purchased a washing machine from Vijay Sales, but I noticed that the pincode on the billing address is incorrect.

I have made multiple calls to the Vijay Sales customer service center, but I did not receive any proper or helpful response. Instead, I was repeatedly given other contact numbers. Despite calling those numbers several times, I received no response.

Due to this, I personally visited the Vijay Sales store the next day, but the staff informed me that they cannot change or update the pincode and told me to contact someone else.

I am extremely disappointed with the lack of support and clarity on this issue. I kindly request you to look into this matter urgently and help me update the correct pincode on my invoice.
