I had very bad experience of Apple I phone purchase on 27 May 2025 from Vijay Sales sector 7 Kharghar shop Navi Mumbai. I wanted Apple I phone 15 128 GB pink and initially, they told this colour phone is not available, 5 min later, they arranged the phone. After I paid on exchanged offer, it took about two hour for data transfer and phone was handed over to me and I deposited my phone.
Immediately, I realised that the phone screen was turning pink and getting switched off even if battery is available.
Vijay sales has no support for defective product immediately after purchase and I am forced without phone and running around searching Apple repair store.
I did not even use the phone but they can not exchange, I lost my good working iPhone with a battery issue only.
This is very poor customer service and did not expect immediately on purchase and money paid.
Vijay Sales should take responsibility after selling defective product, exchange immediately.
I can go to Apple Product only after few days of use if some technical issue come, not immediately while purchasing.
It is my valuable time and money lost for purchasing I phone which I have been using for 15 years.
