Hi friends iam one of the customer of this bank and I found there will be given better service than other bank but not great service.it will be only satisfactory.
Now a days lot of benefits given to their customers like netbanking, gold loan.etc.but all customers fail to get those benefits like mobile banking due to insufficient and bad service provided by the staff members.
Once I asked for the mobile banking benefits.but they told me that you can only take the benefits through our website.but I could not go for that due to not safe procedure for us by go through ourself getting those benefits.the reason is having malware, fraudsters.
Atm service also not available I found more times that having network problem the machine cannot access and if we are going to withdrawn cash then it shows cash withdrawn successfully but we cannot get money due to technical error it will be happened but we needs urgent cash know.i experienced this type of problem.we cannot have any option so needs further improvements by banks and it should takes good and better services to the customer otherwise customers may not going to continue in this bank.
