I am basically a lover of hard work and dedication tats why I see the efforts and care taken in every step of doing something rather than the statistics. In that way, vikram tops my charts.
First things first
I really admire his dedication for work and his penchant for acting. His variety in acting has been matched by a few in south India. His all round capabilities come as a surprise from a man who was earlier down with broken legs. Takes his roles seriously and tries not to captured in a particular image or genre
Really stuns the audience with his acting capabilities, which a very few, like shivaji, kamal and rajni have done in the south
Masterpieces:
The interrogation scene in* Anniyan* with prakashraj. The horrifying scene in Pithamagan where he sings and cries over burnt ashes of Surya. Certain important scenes in* kasi. Most Part of the second half of Sethu
The lead to the rain fight scene in Bheema
The intro and following stunt scenes in Gemini
Disappointments:
Bheema, Majaa.Kadhal Sadugudu
It is not likely to notice his drawbacks since he captures you with his manly voice, toned physique, heroic dance and nice agility. But you do see his once-wounded legs, drawing inward as he runs. He seems quite short in roles where you expect a taller structure(Saami)
Most unforgettable roles
"chiyaan" in Sethu,
"Kanakavel" in dhil
"Aarusaamy" in Saamy
"Remo" in Anniyan
But in my personal opinion I would like vikram to do some Negative roles, I want to see him menacing with people. Now that would a hell lot Different from just playing a Hero
