We had booked a tour with this horrifying travel company . Initially or more than a month they said there are not many people and the tour is not comfirmed . This went on for a while and we got fed up and decided to cancel the tour . We went to their office to cancel . The lady at the desk was
fidgeting around and dint know what to do, she went in to another room a couple of times and finally said the tour is there people have booked and we cant cancel . We still spoke to her patiently explaining that we had called several times and the tour was still not booked and since we could not plan on other things we have decided to cancel and now if she said tour is there in 3 days we cant suddenly decide to go! she was just continuing with her work and we sat there waiting patiently .
We heard a man in another room screaming and talking something loudly .After a while it seemed that he was actually abusing us through some other room and decided to confront him . There was no reason for his behaviour as we hadnt even spoken rudely to anyone . We asked him to talked to us directly and this man started barking, he was just yelling without even listening to what we have to say, I had had enough and told him this is not the way he should be behvaving with customers and he went on again who is customer Iam customer, sounded as though he was mentally instable .Since we dint want to get into a street fight we decided to forgo the money and comeout of this horrendous place .Never again will we ever consider their tours . What a nightmare! By the way if you are planning to take a trip with them please be careful, and extra careful of this weird man called Sadanand .
