It is the worst e-commerce marketplace ever. The product I received from this site is damaged and the dress material is torn, also the size of the dress is not proper. I just don’t understand how this app works. Fully dissapointed by this app. That was my first experience to shop from vilara and my first experience was worst. Also the filter options were missing from most of the places.
The delivery is also very much slow I got my product very late. And also the products are too high as compared to other apps. I got same pieces at other place also with a less price. The quality of the products is also worst and after one wash the color goes away. It is an unorganised app and they needs to be more and more customer friendly. The collection of dresses is also not for trendy people. They need to upgrade the collection. They even shows fake discounts and fake advertisements.
I think this app should be more precise and should be more easy to use for the customers. The filters should be more easy and the tracking orders should be available. They gave pathetic service. They shows something in the app and sends very poor quality products which are totally different from the one I saw on the app. This is a useless and a too ridiculous app.
The guys needs very quick developments in your app. They provide very poor kind of services. The browsing is very much frustrating and the app is very slow to render. I am highly unsatisfied from Vilara and I am never going to order something from here. It takes lot of time to download images. I am very unhappy from this site. It’s truly pathetic to its core. Their return and refund takes hell lot of time. Also I am not able to view products that I have added in my wishlist now.
Everytime I open it, it appears empty and the price of the products changes after adding it into the cart. So, please fix these issues. The products are very expensive so it’s to buy from walk-in stores or from some other trusted sites. Kindly add a little description about the products too. Sometimes the app does not even open. The app always kept crashing. I wish it ran smoothly but always irritates me by crashing again and again. There is no value of money in this app. Overall I am highly dissatisfied by this app. So I will give one star to the app only.
