I recently visited Ville De Cocoa and was extremely disappointed with my experience. I found the staff to be very unhelpful and unfriendly. I was looking for a particular item and asked an employee for help. Instead of helping me, they simply pointed me in the direction of the store and told me to look around. I was very frustrated by this lack of customer service.
The store was also very disorganized and cluttered, making it difficult to find what I was looking for. When I did find what I was looking for, I was shocked to find that the prices were much higher than I expected.
The store seemed to be in a state of disrepair and I felt uncomfortable the entire time I was there. The lighting was dim, the paint was chipping off the walls, and the floors were dirty.
Overall, I would not recommend Ville De Cocoa to anyone. The customer service was terrible, the prices were too high, and the store was in a state of disrepair. I was very disappointed with my visit and will not be returning to Ville De Cocoa again in the near future.
