While I like my 2 Vincero watches and have not had a problem with the actual watch I did have an issue with the watch band on my second watch, a Rogue Model. The watch band loosens randomly and I wanted adblvise in how to correct this problem or if not possible to get a replacement band. There is no way to telephone customer service and although they replied quickly to my email their answers to my queries were substandard. It appears that their customer support staff flunked English as a Second Language Course. After at least five emails they still can not understand my issues. I ready to scream!!! Poor service!!!!
