I paid in advance for TT table and assured of same day dispatch. however table was dispatched after vigorous follow up after 5 days. The table was not packed very well and packing received in torn condition.
TT rackets were of pathetic quality in comparison to MRP of Rs. 811/-, same is for balls.
Sales person stopped picking phone for 3 days and there is no escalation mechanism. Non of promotor preferred to reply despite writing mails after taking their email id from net.
Please beware of this company.
