Problem dealt with promptly

I shopped from violetbag.com twice. The 1st experience was good where they packed everything well and I received my delivery on time. The second time I shopped from them they sent me a wrong cream. I sent an e-mail to the customer care. Although they did not reply immediately , they were still sorry when they attended to my problem. They heard me and also sent me my correct cream within another few days. I am happy that they did not disappoint me.. Thanks to violetbag.com team.
