They are a terrible courier company with unprofessional staff and useless ’customer support’. However violetbag did their best to track down my parcel and provided a really good customer service.
I would definitely recommend this to other users. But I hope violet bag stop using aramex couriers for delivery as they are well known for causing great inconvenience for all customers.
