VI P suitcases costing Rs 8000 and above are trimmed with faux leather to make them look better. However this disintegrated with time.
There is no way of replacing it and the company says it cannot be repaired.
The rest of the bag is in Good condition but cannot be used as it looks very shabby.
Wastage of personal money and creation of global garbage due to company using sub standard material.
