VIP service seems to be a scam.
Even if you have a paid premium membership, every time you click on a profile it shows an ad in the middle of the page for’VIP service’. This is annoying. No other site floods paid members with ads like this one. This is a recent feature in the past few months. Must be getting desperate to get subscribers
When you pay for membership, they switch on auto-renew automatically. You have to go find some obscure button to switch it off. This is a way for the site to keep charging subscribers’indefinitely’
Lots of fake profiles. Some even have a premium membership. No quality control
Many fake profiles are’tall women’ who are’widows’. If I can figure this out, why can’t shaadi.com? Many other profiles are just sitting on the web site though no one has logged on them in years
A large number of women are scamming for money. Shaadi claims to check authenticity- -there are zero checks.
Site quality has declined. Customer service is poor.
